Yummy! Can I try taco seasoning instead for a Mexican fiesta party?

Sounds a lot like my mother-in-laws recipe except she uses chipped beef. I'm going to give this a try.

This is a fantastic item to bring to a summer party!

MOM’s SWEDISH MEATBALL DIP

1 8 ounce brick Philadelphia Cream Cheese
8 ounces frozen meatballs, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1T Swedish meatball Seasoning
½ cup sour cream

Chop meatballs into ½ inch dice. In medium microwave-safe bowl, add meatballs, soup and Swedish Meatball seasoning. Stir to combine.

Place plastic wrap over bowl and microwave mixture for 1 minute. Stir and microwave again for an additional 1 minute.

Place cream cheese on plate. Pour meatball mixture over cream cheese. Top with sour cream.

Serve with your favorite crackers or small squares of rye bread.
