The Holiday '09 issue of food&family began arriving in homes on October 26th. We ask that you please wait 10-14 days to receive it. If at that time you have not received your Holiday '09 magazine, please send us an email by clicking here or call us at 1-800-521-4403, and we will be more than happy to assist you. If you have subscribed recently, it could take between 8-10 weeks for delivery.

The food & family magazine has been part of so many of our loyal consumers lives that we didn’t want to have to stop printing it. The nominal fee helps us continue the printed edition as well as enhance the great recipe and food ideas you’ve come to love from us. There are also other wonderful ways to enjoy the magazine content and more - we have a Recipes-By-Email program, www.kraftfoods.com, and the online edition of Food & Family magazine too – all for free.

pam, please be aware that its not only the coupon codes, but the major problem is entering the zip codes... our zips are coming up invalid as well... thanks...:O

plus, i would hate to scrape open an ever healing sore, BUT, havent you had enough of us members (some of us, very long time) constantly pointing out whats wrong with the site? again, another problem...

isnt about time you had a little 'chat' with your web designers????

no offense against you as it is not your problem, but you moderators and others, are bearing all of the complaints...

We're aware that some are having difficulties with the coupon/zip codes and we're working to resolve the issues. Please retry in a day or two and and the codes should work.

I've escalated this issue. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Has anyone had luck signing up for the online edition? I am able to access the page to enter the coupon code and zip code, but it is not working. I have checked to make sure I have entered the code and zip code correctly. I keep getting an error to enter a valid zip code. I am entering the zip code exactly like it is printed on my magazine-as stated when entering info. I have tried just using the 5 digit zip code and am told to enter the complete zip code as on the magazine mailing label.

Any advice???

I can not find it online either! Coupon Code information or the online sign up for the next issue.

Moderator Pam has posted this in two other places because of people with the same problem.

I just got my new food & family. Does anyone know how to find the next issue? When I go onto kraftfoods.com/online I don't know where to find it. Also, what bout the coupon Code that is printed on the front cover? Where do we enter it?
