When I reduce whipping cream, it turns into a quick pasta sauce with a little garlic and parm.
A savoury sauce, not sweet.
And boiling cool whip? Well, you will get a chance to see just how much oil it is composed of.

Am a little confused. Can you post the recipe for the boiled whipped cream. Are you whipping fresh cream or buying premade whipped topping ie Cool Whip?
