I have to revive this thread to mention my favorite way to cook pork chops. It's so easy! Arrange pork chops in a baking dish and sprinkle with rosemary. Pour a cup or two of apple juice over the chops and bake in a 400 degree oven for about 1/2 an hour, or until pork is done. While chops are baking, core some apples and slice into rings, about 1 apple for every 2 chops. (I use fuji or mcintosh, but you can use your favorite.) Peel and slice an onion or two. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and saute the apple rings and onion rings until soft. When ready to serve the porkchops, pour the apple/onion mixture over them. The children love the combination of sweet fruit and pork. I have also recently tried the Rosemary Dijon Pork chop recipe on the back of the Shake and Bake box, and my family enjoyed that as a change of pace.

I cube potatoes and use mini carrots. Layer in the crock pot top with boneless pork chops. Then I mix 1 can of mushroom soup with 1 can of water pour over the chops. A little salt and pepper put the lid on and set it to low. Dinner is ready when I get home from work.

Try marinating pork in a homemade marinade of 1 part Worchestershire to 3 parts of Soy sauce. After marinating them, throw them on the grill and voila, a really nicely flavored chop or tenderloin or whatever pork you wish is tender and tasty.

One of my favorite pork chop recipes is very easy. Brown pork chops in a small amount of oil, place in crockpot with 1 can chicken broth, and a package of onion soup mix. Cook on low for several hours. The pork is very tender. We like to serve with applesauce.

This sounds like a pork chop prep I may be able to NOT completely turn into cardboard... thanks.... Although, I'm thinking I might prefer a bone in chop. We shall see.

If you like sauerkraut you'll love this.. saute butter and onions and a few celery tops until soft Put 4 boneless pork chops in casserole dish top with drained and rinsed sauerkraut Put onion mixture on top of that. Pour about a cup of apple juice on top then coat top with brown sugarbake at 350 for 1 hour or unil chops are done..
My teenage daughter loves this stuff and it's usually a fight between her and her poppa for the last bit ofit..

Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. In large skillet, brown chops in oil on both sides. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until done.

I LOVE dipping my cleaned pork chops in egg, then bread crunbs and browning them in a little bit of oil on the stove- just enough to brown but not cook through. I then place in a dish and top with brown gravy ( I usually just use a packet of brown gravy mix and make as directed on pkg). I then cover in foil and place in a preheated 350 oven for one hour. They fall off the bone and are delicious!!!

I'm allergic to pork so cannot try this, but my husband and son LOVE them
Season thick cut boneless porkchops with salt, pepper, and thyme (fresh or dry) Put in a pan with olive oil, until both sides are nice and golden brown, remove from heat and keep warm. In the same pan, add sliced onion, and cubed skin on granny smith apples, and some more thyme, til they are nice and golden, add some chicken stock to remove all the bits from the pan and return the chops to the pan, cook until done. They come out very juicy, and they are great on sandwiches the next day too.

I used to bread and fry my pork chops until I discovered a recipe on the back of a bottle of Hoisin sauce. Marinade them in Hoisin sauce mixed with soy sauce, honey brown sugar and a clove of garlic and grill. They come out sweet and savory. You can also marinade them in Yoshida's marinade (Costco). I love mamasita's marinade but you can usually only get it from a Phillipino store.

I use a recipe for PORK TENDERLOIN DIANE that is easily adapted to pork chops. Everyone loves it; it tastes great but is really quite easy to do.
