Have a family member with a food allergy to poultry. Looking for low calorie meal ideas that do not include turkey or chicken.

My biggest challenge is making a healthy meal that the whole family likes. My husband, daughter, and I like healthy meals while my two, younger sons do not. It is hard to make two different entres so we end up eating unhealthy dinners most of the time.
