Try this one:

LEMON JELLO POUND CAKE

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. sm. size lemon Jello
4 eggs
2/3 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. water

Put all the ingredients in a big bowl and beat for three minutes with mixer. Put in a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.
This cake tastes like old fashion pound cake and will keep moist for at least a week.

1960s recipe

My mom used to bake for us the most delicious of cakes - it was made with lemon Jello gelatin, was baked in a tube pan, and was much like a pound cake in texture. We liked it best when it would "fall" - it was dense and moist and oh so good! When she passed on, my siblings and I looked through all of her recipes and could not find this one. Might you be able to provide it for us? I'd LOVE to bake it for Easter! Thanks!
