I says right at the top of the directions to heat oven to 425

Almond Pear Cream Cheese Torte

After reviewing the recipe I noticed that in step three it states that you need to bake the torte for 10 min and then reduce the temperature to 375 and bake for 25 min. My question is what is the original oven temperature for the initial 10 min baking time?
