Welcome to the message boards! For Baker's unsweetened, semi-sweet, bittersweet and white chocolate, each square is 1 oz. The Baker's German's Chocolate comes in a 4 oz. bar.

BAKER'S is a brand name of chocolate, not a type of chocolate.

Baker's makes differnt kinds, so it depends on what kind you are talking about..

The package will tell you how much it weighs. Divide that number by the number of squares.

Its normally two oz. Hope this helps! BTW: it should tell you on the package
