Thank you.
I called the help line and was given the re-make recipe, very similar to the re-make link provided.
I did a batch last night and while it's not perfectly set it's still edible!
I made a note to self to never use the Liquid pectin again - not happy with the product at all.

Hi dlmgreen,
Welcome to the message boards! I am sorry your jelly did not set. Reducing the sugar can cause a soft set. I would recommend you call 1-800-268-6038 and speak to our "Jam Experts". They are available weekdays 9 AM to 9 PM EST.

Welcome to the Kraftfoods community, dlmgreen. I do feel your pain. I ended up with a ton of pear syrup one year before I came to know the value of the Internet. :)

Here is a pretty extensive article about fixing jellies and jams that covers most variables: http://www.extension.iastate.edu/NR/rdonlyres/B78FAA98-2832-49E1-9FDC-84D013E694C0/80514/soft_jam.pdf

Cooked Jelly that didn't set - can it be saved?

Help!
I made 96 cups of grape jelly yesterday with Sure Gel liquid pectin and not ONE set!
My first batch I used the full amount of sugar. The other batches I didn't use the full amount because it was way too sweet, they were short approx 1 C.
I followed the directions all except for cooking them in water as I've made this before and have never processed them this way and they've always turned out.

Is there anything that can be done to save this jelly?
Can I re-boil it, add more sugar & Sure Gel (can I use the powdered or keep with the liquid?)
