Is there some reason you are unable to cut the recipes in half? That's a pretty simple solution.

Express Checkout

I think the express checkout is a wonderful idea, but I live alone and the recipie portions are too much. Has Kraft considered doing an express checkout with servings for two? Something like that would be great for single people because they would have the second serving to take to work for lunch. When you live alone its hard to cook because you end up eating the same thing all week. I know a lot leftovers can be frozen, but I'm not to hip on the way foods taste after they've been frozen.
