Does anyone else think it's downright pathetic that they haven't answered this poor person's question about gluten?

It's been 11 days. How big is that Kraft building, anyway? I hope Michele didn't get stuck in an elevator.

There's probably a Mac n Cheese Team, just like the BBQ Sauce Team. Maybe the hotline has prompts for all of the different teams. If they're in alpha order, you may have quite a wait.

Michele, what's happening? Apparently
Kraft Foods doesn't care about gluten people.

Again, we're sorry that you have not gotten a satisfactory response. I'm sure that's very frustrating.

You can try calling Kraft to see if you can get a more speedy response. I don't have the direct line for the department for the puddings or toppings, but try this first number, which is the general info number. The other numbers are one's I have for various depts such as Mac-n-Cheese or Sure Set. They may be able to transfer you. 1-800-431-1001
(1-800-323-0768 1-800-722-1421 1-800-323-4155) You could also check to see if there is a contact number on the back of the package

What a neat idea! I will have to do this next year for my daughter's birthday party. Cake is a waste of time & money because all they want to eat is the frosting.
