in addition to emmas reply, i would suggest lo-fat sour cream.

...of course, depending on the recipe. you can always 'flavor' sour cream and plain yogurt to your liking.:-D

Welcome to the community pamnub.

Eemma had a very good suggestion. You can also use buttermilk, sour milk, and probably cottage cheese (blended up) depending on flavor and consistency of the recipe.

Help - Substitution

Can anybody tell me what I can sustitute for yogurt? I do not like any yogurt and I want to try some of the recipes on here that call for yogurt. HELP
