That sound right to me, I usually blend my eggs with a fork before adding to the brownie mix. annaskf

If the white spots look like cooked eggs, it could be just that. Make sure you mix the batter completely, especially getting the eggs incorporated into the batter or the brownies will come out with cooked egg spots every time.

I've recently had a problem with white spots showing up under my brownies or in my brownies.... They look like little tiny pieces of cooked egg? This is from a box, not scratch. What is causing this and what are the white things???????
