Michele we've been over this before. I called the airline already. I talked to Claire with United Airlines who mentioned she lived in India and didn't know what Jello was.

I think you should contact the airlines and ask them.

Michele it was supposed to be in loo of flowers so it would be kind of silly to make it after I got there.
Can I at least take some on the plane for a snack?

You might be able to hide the jello..but I wouldn't risk it..you might end up in a turkish prison or something..

Hi Stouffer Grace, Actually, to my knowledge, this question has never come up. Prepared JELL-O Gelatin needs to be refrigerated. After a few hours at room temperature, the JELL-O could very well be in a liquid state. I agree with the other posters that recommend that you prepare the JELL-O once you arrive at your destination.

I wouldn't risk it. FORGO THE JELLO!!!!! Get off the plane and get her flowers. ????? So the girl that you met on the net is, perhaps from India??? so , go to a good spice market (normally you can find them at your local farmers market) and get her a jar of good curry. maybe you can get over your recent dinner-date disaster and make some good curry together!! good luck and happy internet dating to you!!!

I second that! It would be a nice way to break the ice!
Happy cooking (no pun intended.)

You would need about 50 2 oz. jello molds as that is the smallest amount of liquid you could use. Jello shots would work.

I did. I talked to Claire but I think Claire was in India and she didn't know what Jello was. Why can't Kraft just answer the question?? Shirley it's come up before.

A very good question, Stouff. Do they serve jello on planes? If they do, you have every right to bring your own. BYOJ!!

That's a good idea. Then you can make the jello together.
