I am posting an update. Thanks to the post that mentioned Dollar General Stores as a possible source for the Green Box of Classic Kraft Spaghetti Dinner. Yesterday I went to buy groceries (we live at the end of the earth in New Mexico) and our closest place was Alamogordo, NM. It is a small town but does have a Dollar General store so I stopped and EUREKA! They not only have the dinner but they had it for only $1.50. I purchased 8 boxes and as I was checking out, I asked if they usually carry the dinner and the answer was - "yes we do"! So until Kraft comes to their senses and puts a product that is this popular back on the shelves - you can purchase it at a reasonable price at Dollar General Store (hopefully Dollar General will carry it in your area too!!)

Kraft,

I signed up for this forum (something I never do) solely so that I could express how much my family & I miss Kraft Spaghetti Dinner in the stores.

It's our favorite family meal & has been for over 40 years! We're lost without it! PLEASE consider bringing it back. There are no doubts it will sell, judging by the response here.

I'm currently paying $50+ to get it on Amazon & it's well worth it to have it, but so much easier if I could just run out & buy it whenever we wanted it.

Please, bring back Kraft Spaghetti Dinner!
Thanks from Utah

Wow! This is most unbelievable. I was at a Wal-Mart Supercenter and an older gentleman stopped me and asked me to help him find the Kraft Spaghetti Dinner in the green box....needless to say we lost a good bit of time and never found it. It made me remember all the times I had made it and loved it so I went on a quest and could not find it anywhere so I decided to try online and here are all these people looking for the same thing!!! Maybe Kraft can take a hint...when you have something THIS GOOD why get rid of it. If I could lay hands on it, I would buy a case. I am the only one in my family that likes spaghetti and with this great tasting dinner, I could have it two days in a row. I agree with all the comments below...Kraft - please bring it back. It was wonderful. It will sell and you will make a lot of people happy while you are making money:-x

Please bring back the dinner in the green box. Or sell the sauce makings separately. My son is now 48 and this was one of his favorite dinners.

I have noticed the Kraft Italian Spaghetti dinner,in the green box, is not available at super centers or my local grocery store. I have been using it since I was first married 47 years ago; it was about 33cents a box. Any time I have tried another sauce or something different I hear "I like the way you've always made it."
Glad to hear it is still around. I was getting worried.

The Kraft Complete Spaghetti dinner in the red box has been our family spaghetti dinner of choice for well over 20 years. The sauce was the absolute best and the portion size was just right. Kraft, PLEASE consider bringing the dinner back or at least, offer up the sauce for purchase directly from your site. I was so surprised to see so many people write in to support a spaghetti dinner, this should say something about this meal! Unless it proved to cause cancer in lab rats, plllllllllleeeeeaaaasssseee bring it back!! :)

I love Kraft zesty Italian style spaghetti.
I do not follow the sauce recipe though.
I cook the spaghetti in plain unsalted water.
I take the spice and chese packet and spinkle right on the cooked spaghtti on the plate and add a little bottled sauce or just on the plain spaghetti. When I cook this no matter how much I make we always run out. I have friend that are always asking when am I going to invite them for spaghetti night.

I had never heard of it either. When this thread was first posted it prompted me to buy the 'green' box. Nothing spectacular, the sauce needed a lot of doctoring for me. Plus the amount you get for what you spend, its just cheaper to do it yourself. And you also get things tasting just the way you want them.

Oh....sorry, I didn't read these posts (obvisiously) and thought you all were talking about the green box.

Too bad with so many people who liked the red box kind that it has been stopped and no longer available, I guess I never had that kind myself.

If you all are talking about the spaghetti in the green box, I believe I saw this at Dollar General this morning.....you might check this store in your area if you have one nearby...Good Luck!

My son was raised on this & we loved it!!! I have looked everywhere for it & he asked me about it again today. He is 29 now! Why do they quit making the good stuff! The sauce was soooo good. I even wrote once & asked if they would just start selling the sauce & they never even bothered to answer my letter.
Shame on them! :(
