Hi Nancy,
Welcome to the message boards! I have searched our recipe data base and could not find a no-bake cheese pie with a lemon topping made with cornstarch. Are you sure this recipe was from Kraft? We do have many lemon/cheesecake desserts. Here is one of my favorites:

Here's a recipe for Cherry Cheese Pie - you could just lemon pie filling instead of the cherry:

1 9-inch graham cracker crust
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 21-ounce can cherry pie filling (or your choice)

In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into prepared crust. Chill 3 hours or until set. Top with desired amount of pie filling before serving.
