Place it into a 150 degree preheated oven on cookie sheets as soon as you bring it home. It will stay nice and warm.

Have you considered placing you fried chicken in the oven uncovered. Tenting foil will help prevent it from drying out while staying crisp.

reheating fried chicken

How can I successfully reheat fried chicken without losing any crispyness? I want to buy fried chicken so I don't spend party time cooking, but will need to get it three hours or so before it is time to eat. Even the KFC help line couldn't help me with this one. I don't want to serve it cold.
