hi mhensley, I love to fix a turkey breast in the slow cooker. I cut up about 1c. celery and 1/2 c. onion sliced thin, put in pot first with just enough water to cover the bottom. Put the turkey breast in with cavity side up and put 1 stick of butter/margarine in it. cook for 6 -8 hrs. on low or untill tender. iI serve it that way, then the left over is shreded and put back into the broth and mixed with it and served for sandwiches. I have used 1 package of onion soup mix in place of the onion. I have also added B.B.Q. sauce about half way throu the cooking time. lots of luck annaskf

Hi mhensley,
Welcome to the message boards! I checked our recipe data base and could not find a recipe for turkey breast in the slow cooker but there are many slow cooker turkey breast recipes on our Recipe Exchange.
