Are you referring to your Kraft account in general? I recently moved to a new town and updated my address. I skipped over the parts I didn't want to change and everything seemed to work out ok.

updating profiles?.?.

this is absolutely ridiculous... i attempted to update my profile, and thought i was re-taking my SAT's.... almost everything that i updated was blotted in red for no reason.


for example...in the ranking section, AKA section 'D', i was allowed to use a number only once...i thought that this was an honest questionnaire and thought out my answers honestly. in the end, i was told to only use a number only once... this made me 'lie' about my ideas toward meal menus AND I DISAGREE WITH THAT!!!!!.....





That was ONE of the sections in order to complete my update....

the other one was to enter my email address.

i had to create an email address...you already have my email address. i tried to reenter it and to no avail, nothing worked...

the quote from that was that that email address was already in the database. what am i supposed to do about this?
