Hello Julie,

Welcome to the community! I truly understand your problem. My husband has Arrhythmia (Irregular Heartbeats). His cardiologist has put him on a Lowfat/Low Sodium Diet.
What I do is read food labels for the content of sodium, and instead of using salt, I season food with herbs and spices.
