Merry Post-Christmas everyone. Abigale, be sure and tell us how your dish came out.
Oh, and Hotbiscuit, any egg dish seems to taste better with salsa.

Well, it turned out really good! I left out the tomatoes though b/c I was a little leery on how they would be after setting over night. Next time I'll add some green peppers and mexican blend cheese and serve w/sour cream and salsa!
How did yours turn out abigale?

Great, thanks ladies. I was thinking it would be ok but just wanted a second (and third) opinion. I usually make the recipe my grandmother gave me as a little salute to her (she's been gone for 3 1/2 years now) but that is packed away w/most of my other cookbooks. Thanks and have a great Christmas everyone!

I don't see anything in there that would make it something that couldn't be made ahead of time. I know you know to cover it well before you refrigerate it. Merry Christmas!

I'm making the Crustless Bacon Cheese Quiche for breakfast Christmas morning and was wondering if I could mix it together on the 24th in the afternoon. I'd imagine it would be ok. Another recipe I have that is similar but has torn bread in it calls for the mixture to chill overnight. Any thoughts?
