French Bread Chicken Pizza
French Bread (depending on how many people) Diced cooked Chicken (baked or boiled & no skin) Cheap spaghetti sauce that is thick Mozzerella cheese shredded
Take a French bread loaf and cut it into 1-2 inch slices. Take a cheap brand of spaghetti sauce (HEB Hill country fair brand if you're in TX) and spread over the slice of bread. Place the chicken on the slice of bread and spaghetti sauce and top with cheese. Toast in the overn for about 20 minutes or until the bread looks golden brown.

OK you want festive I gotcha ya girl. For my wedding I had a budget. Go to Hobby Lobby or Micheal's pick up two Styrofoam towers. You can get them at Wal-mart too I believe. Any way they look cones. On Kraft there is a recipe for cheese balls you can use that. For a cheaper way, just cut out some ingredients. Some guest may not want certain stuff anyway. Go off brand don't be afraid. Any way get some tooth picks and grape tomatoes and insert tooth pick into the cone then push the tomatoes and cheese balls onto the tooth pick make a nice design! serve with dressing and crackers to the side.
Next stuffed crescent rolls. Everyone loves these!. Roll of crescents. Your choice of bacon and cream cheese or green onions and cream cheese. Mix the cheese and bacon together. Pull out your crescent rolls separate. Spread it on the rolls. Start from the long end and roll up. Cook as directed serve on a nice platter.
Next raspberry ice. The recipe is on here! cheap cheap!
Next Sangria. Get yourself a punchbowl. 2 bags of frozen fruit and half a gallon of orange juice and the big pints of sangria wine. Mix and serve!
No alcohol OK get sherbet ice cream and 7-up mix and serve everyone loves this!

small and simple quick recipe you will love!!! fried potato rolls (Spanish dish)
1 pk Of corn tortillas ( white tortillas are better when frying and if you can find the brand called el milagro its the best choice it has 3dozen in a pk.
1-2 pks of instant mash potatoes (ANY FLAVOR )
1 veg oil
first you want to have the instant mash potatoes ready. then you want to start warming the pan with a thin layer of veg oil. If you have some paper towels lightly wet 2-4 sheets and grab the tortillas and wrap the sheets around (make sure its completely covered). place tortillas in the microwave for about a minute or so till their soft and moist. once its done grab the tortillas and add in each one the instant mash potatoes in the middle make sure your putting just enough to make a roll( DO NOT OVER FILL). then add to the pan make sure they come out to a light brown in each side. then bam you have a nice and easy fast and affordable dish or appetizers. IF you want a dip buy sour cream or make a fast guacamole.

here is a good dip that all my friends just love....and it NEVER lasts no matter how much I make!
Ranch Dip....my way (its better than the directions on the packet)
2 packets of hidden valley ranch dip 1 16 oz tub of sour cream (regular not light or low fat) 2-3 Tablespoons of Real mayonaise (start with less and you can always add more)
the sour cream adds a creamier flavor to the dip and makes it a little thicker than by just using the sour cream. also, by using two packets of ranch powder, it gives it a better flavor and more of that ranch kick that everyone will love! place in the fridge a couple hours prior to when you want to have it out, it helps "thicken" the dip. this is also a dip you can make a day or two in advance if you want.
when i serve it, i serve it with tiny twist pretzles but you can use chips or crackers too.
enjoy it and enjoy your housewarming!!

Not sure if your housewarming is over, but here you go, maybe for another time too.
Tomato's with Fresh Mozzarella Cheese and Basil Roma tomatoes Fresh mozzarella cheese Fresh basil Olive Oil Balsamic Vinegar Kosher Salt
Cut the tomatoes in rounds, place on a silver dish add a piece of mozzarella cheese, and place a piece of fresh basil on top. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, sprinkle some kosher salt to taste.
Not only are these easy, but just wait for the compliments!

this one is very easy and you can make it many different ways. They are called Pizza rolls!
1-2 tubes of crescent rolls 1/2 cup-1 cup of pizza sauce 1/2 cup- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese 1 package of pepperoni (I use turkey pepperoni) diced 1 egg separated cooking spray dash of garlic powder dash of Italian seasoning
Preheat oven at 350 degrees Place tin foil on a large baking sheet and spray tin foil with cooking spray
In a medium size bowl mix together pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and egg yoke, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning
Lay out the crescent rolls by placing 2 triangles together to make a rectangle. Once the dough is all laid out take your pizza mixture and place on top of the dough. Once all are filled roll each rectangle up.
Once all rectangles are rolled up, take the egg white and beat until foamy and brush over top of rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 mins Cut into slices horizontally and can use pizza sauce as a dipper
These go over great every time I make them.

something i make at EVERY party i host or attend is called taco dip....a lil bit of ingredients go a long way.
1lb ground hamburger meat 1 can refried beans 1 medium container of sour cream (make sure its whole sour cream and not reduced fat or fat free) 1 jar taco sauce (taco bell is my fav) 2 small cans of sliced black olives (optional) 1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese 1 packet of taco seasoning
brown hamburger meat in skillet...drain off fat....add taco seasoning and cook as directed on package.
in 9X13 glass pan start layering in the order i gave above
1. Taco Meat 2. Refried beans 3. Sour Cream 4. Taco Sauce 5. Black Olives 6. Shredded Cheese
pop it into a 350* oven for about 10 minutes and remove and let sit for about 20 mins to set up.
eat with Fritos Scoops and enjoy!!!!!!!
