I'm new to using coupons actually, but I have saved over $60 in my last two grocery shopping trips! I try to stay very organized, and find it very helpful to print out the Savvy Shopper's List here on the Kraft Foods site. As I write down my list, I go through my coupons and if I have one for an item on my list I highlight that item. I then gather all the coupons for that trip and put them in a section in my organizer that I've labeled as "This Trip". This way I have all the coupons I plan to use in one place. I pull them out as I put the item in my cart and paperclip them to the side of my list. When I get to the register, I have everything in one place so there's no fumbling for coupons!:) I'm actually enjoying using the coupons and my mom and I clip and compare on Sundays, often trading for ones the other would rather have.

Kroger sort of does that - they don't do the coupons themselves, but they are partnered with companies that offer that, so you can have the coupons loaded directly to your Kroger card.

I use coupons as much as I can to save money.
Does anyone have a grocery store that offers electronic coupons?
With Safeway you have the option of loading electronic coupons onto your Club Card. Load the coupons from safeway.com, go to the grocery store, scan the card at checkout, and the savings will get deducted.

Hi! I thought I'd throw in something about coupons since I saw people were sending them to the USO and I have experience with this as I'm a military wife. Military commissaries overseas will accept expired coupons only up to 6 months past the expiration date. They get so many coupons donated and have a ton to weed through so please make sure they won't be past 6 months (allotting for mail time). Many organizations that distribute the expired coupons to military families also ask that you at least group coupons based on similar items (ex: put all of the dairy coupons together, all of hte cereals together, etc.) Thank you for finding a use for expired coupons and for thinking of military families.

Safeway offers where you can print out coupons off the site, coupons from fresh meats to over the counter medicine's and there's even $5 family fridays where one item is only $5 http://www.safeway.com/IFL/Grocery/Coupons

I don't know exactly where to send the coupons, I am doing it through the Eastern Star. I am going to try to find out, because I want to keep doing it. I will let you know where to send them, when I find out.

What a great way to pass on savings! And I had no idea you could send expired ones to the USO. Being former Navy, I think that's great and will have to start sending mine in as well!

I've been cutting coupons since I was a single mom, and it seems like forever. Always vowed if I were a millionaire I'd still cut coupons! My boys are grown now, in the early 30's and both use coupons. I get coupons inserts from neighbors and friends and family each week. I cut when I'm in my truck waiting to go into work, I cut in front of the TV or while my husband drives us to a destination. I frequently have a stack to cut. I sort them based on MY needs, and I send coupons to my boys too. I've been known to buy them on eBay if I want some high values ones and want many. We use ET books and this last sale they posted for $12 each, no postage(lasted 12 hrs) was great. One of my sons and I exchange ET coupons based on our living areas. And, the internet, I get from couponmom and Kraft and cruise for promotions on large ticket items or if i shop online for clothes or anything, i look for promotion codes. Our little town in FL has a local coupons printer for local restaurants too, B1G1F and they are SO nice! We found these available for $15 each book at a local restaurant. OF course, we've used more than we paid for them many times over. Any unused ones go to the local lawn cutting people or posted at work. I'm a great one for giving a coupons to a family or couple at a restaurant, one I won't use, that might be expiring. WOW- like getting money! People are so appreciative!

I am doing a coupon ministry for my church. I started it over a month ago, and it is really taking off. It is time comsuming, but so many persons are benifiting with it.

Unfortunately, I cannot take full advantage, because I have to only shop at one store. But, I do still save quite a bit each trip.

It is time comsuming, but if you organize yourself from the start it will work out. I use Trading cards sleeves, and notebooks to organize the coupons in. Looks great you can see exactly what you have and put like coupons together.

Excellent suggestion, and welcome to the Kraftfoods community, SunnyzN2cookn.
