Walmart does not double or triple the coupons. Not every Walmart accepts printed coupons.

I suppose it would depend upon the coupon itself. If the site you got it from permitted multiple downloads of the same coupons to purchase the item multiple times, then there is really no difference between photocopying the same coupon or downloading and printing the same coupon many times.
If it is a coupon that you are only permitted one download/printing of, then yes, photocopying those would be improper.

I believe photocopying internet coupons is considered coupon fraud. They say right on them "coupon may not be reproduced". Does anyone know if this is true?

I'm not sure, and I shop Walmart all the time...I will def be asking next time I go - most of the time I photo copy the Internet coupons I print out - that way if I'm buying more than one of the couponed items I'm sure to get the money off each item - like yesterday I bought cookie mix that was BoGo - $2.19 for 2 packages x 2 = $4.38 - $1.60 in coupons (I had 4 @ $.40/each package) so I got 4 packages of cookie mix for $2.78

I have to share my shopping trips yesterday...I was so proud of how well I did!!

Then I went to Publix - they have great BoGo's and I had numerous coupons:

Betty Crocker Cookie Mix B1G1 - 4 for $4.38 - $1.60 (4/$.40 off coupons)= 4 packages of Cookie Mix for $2.78
Ragu Sauce on sale for $1.29 (reg $2.59) - 2 for $2.58 - $.60 (1/$.60 off coupon)= 2 jars of Pasta Sauce for $1.98
Barilla Pasta on sale for $.79 (reg $1.39) I bought 2 2 boxes of pasta= $1.58
Kraft BBQ Sauce B1G1 - 2 for $1.39
Mt. Olive Pickles B1G1 - 2 jars of pickles= $2.19

Love it, I just started so I need a little more fine tunning but it works!!!! If it's not on sale and you don't absolutly NEED it then don't buy it. It does take a little more time to shop all the stores but they way you put it makes me feel better about it thanks so much

I love, love, love shopping loss leaders, especially with coupons. The stores loose and I WIN! You should see my pantry and 2 fridges....it is laughable. I went over budget this last month to stock up on the loss leaders with the coupons. I have fruit snacks that I bought at $.09/box. I have enough for the rest of the year for my 4 kids! I paid between $.50-$1 on name brand cereal. Paid about $.25 for Hamburger Helper, etc. The good thing is that I am already running out of room, I should be good this month. Now, if I can just refrain from going in to buy more!

A good rule of thumb to go by for cutting costs is to try to spend no more $100/person/month.

Here is the way I shop. It takes about 2 hours a week, but the pay off is SSSOOOO worth it! Think of it this way, every dime you save, is just like you went out and earned a dime. They add up quick!!!! Stick with it. You will get quicker and quicker.
First, on Sunday morning read your paper, drink your coffee and CLIP YOUR COUPONS!!!! They are just like cash and if you use them at a store that doubles it is even more cash! File them away. I use an index card box with dividers. You can write in what types of coupons on the tabs of each divider. Organize them in a way that is easy for you.
Go online and look at the ads for at least 2 grocery stores. I am in Savannah, GA and I use Publix and Kroger. Write down everything in the ad that you can use and how much it cost. Don't skip on things you already have these could be stock up items. If it is in the ad, onsale and your family uses it write it down. Go through the whole ad. Somethimes there is really good stuff scattered throughout.
Next, go through your coupons. Pull the ones that match the items on your list. If you do not have a coupon for it, ask yourself if it is something you have to have or if you have enough to wait until it goes on sale again and hopefully you will have a coupon then, (Sales run in about 12 week cycles. Ex.You will see cereal on sale for a couple of weeks and then not again for a couple of months) If you do not need it, mark it out!
Rewrite your list and organize your coupons. Also, check your list. Both stores may have the same item on sale. Mark out the more expensive one.
The way my stores work, Kroger runs their ads from Sunday to Saturday and Publix runs theirs from Thursday to Wednesday. I now have Sunday evening, all day Mon, Tues or Wed to hit Publix and all week for Kroger.
TIPS
Both Kroger and Publix double coupons up to .50 everyday. Check your stores!
Publix also take competitors coupons. Check your stores!
Also, you can use a store coupon and a manufacturer coupon for the same item at the same time at any store.
Check to see how your store does BOGO sale items. My stores charge you 1/2 price for each item so you can use 2 coupons. Some stores charge you full price for one and 00 for the other. You can only use one coupon in that case.
If you think you can't afford Publix and you have one (a lot of my friends are converts now that they have gone once with me), try it! Ragu is about 2.65 regular, but is on sale for 2.65 BOGO (1.33 for 1 and 1.32 for the other) and I have 2 - .50 coupons that will double. I will pay .33 for one and .32 for the other. See??? Even if I have a couple at home I will buy them. They keep forever!
Always go down the meat aisle. There may be an in store sale. If it is within a couple of days of expiring they will mark it up to 1/2 off. Take it home and throw it in the freezer.
Find friends to swap coupons with. I clip out the coupons my family needs and another friend does the same. Then we swap. We get papers from different towns so as an added bonus we sometimes get different ones!
If it is an awesome coupon week. Invest in a second paper.
If your store is out of an item you want and it is in the ad, take the ad to customer service and get a raincheck. Save your coupons and come back the next week without missing the deal.
Lastly, do not think that just because you have a coupon in this weeks paper you have to use it. The dates are usually good for at least a month. The coupons usually come out a few weeks before the item goes on sale. Very rarely do I use a coupon the same week I clip it.
Go through your organizer every couple of weeks and pull your expired coupons out.
There are sites that can help you:
www.thegrocerygame.com (this is a GREAT site, but cost. You can try it out though for 1.00 for a month)
www.couponmom.com (not quite as organzied as The GG, but free)
www.couponclipper.com (order preclipped coupons, You can't charge for coupons. She just charges a small processing fee for her time. For example the Ragu .50 coupons may cost me .05. Check out her shipping though. You don't want to order your coupons too late to get them and use them.)
Using this method last week I spent:
38.00 at Publix and saved 96.00 (72% savings) 102.00 at Kroger and saved 222.00 (69% savings) (Spent 140.00, saved 318.00) That is like working a 40 hour week making 7.95 an hour!!!!!
I have a family of 6 (4 teens!!!!!), plus it is summer and we are eating 3 meals a day at home (No meals at school). We had 6 kids here this week (Out of town friends of the kids). It was also a week that Kroger had chicken (boneless, skinless breast) on sale so I stocked up. I will not have to go this week, unless their is something we really need that I can get a great deal on.Oh, and my anniversary was last week and the Kroger tab include 2 ribeyes and 2 crabcakes.
So it works out to 140.00 for 2 weeks worth of groceries including, 15 (3-4 pcs) packs of Bnls, sknls chicken, 1 pot roast, 1 pork loin and my anniversary meal!
Sorry this is so long, but as you can see I am passionate about this. It is a fun hobby that makes you money. I am back in school and not able to work the hours I normally would. This is my way of helping out my husband and doing my part for the budget.

I keep a small notebook in which I maintain a list of items I purchase on a regular basis along with their prices (these prices would reflect the lowest price at which I have seen the item advertised). Whenever I find the item with an advertised price lower than the one in my notebook, I enter that price in my notebook. I like to log the prices of both brand names and store brands - it gives me extra info to use when making my purchase choices. I shop the same stores every week, so I am now fairly familiar with their sale prices - I just make sure to update my prices whenever necessary.
