Angel food cake pan question

Posted: Oct 6, 2009 4:41 PM
I would like to make my first angel food cake from scratch. I have caphalon's angel food cake pan, but it's non-stick and one-piece. I'm worried my cake will fall out when i invert the pan for cooling. Has anyone had experience in this? Should i get an aluminum two-piece angel food cake pan that is NOT non-stick instead?

Thanks.
