they all look great, here is another one I thought looked good...

Holiday Cheesecake Presents

1-1/2 cups honey maid Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/3 cup butter, melted
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 pkg. (8 oz. each) philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
Decorating gels
Colored sprinkles

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mix crumbs, butter and 3 Tbsp. sugar; press firmly onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan.
BEAT cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix just until blended. Pour over crust.
BAKE 30 min. or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Cut into 32 bars. Decorate with gels and sprinkles to resemble "presents." Store leftover bars in refrigerator.

This is by far one of the best (if not THE best) cheesecake recipe I've ever had OR made:

http://www.kraftfoods.com/main.aspx?s=recipe&m=recipe/knet_recipe_display&recipe_id=104996

To make it festive, you could use strawberries or raspberries with a spring of mint to incorporate the red/green holiday colors.

To really jazz it up, swirl chocolate through the cheesecake to make a marble effect. That would be beautiful with red berries on top and mint leaves!

Best of luck with your holiday baking!
