Kraft Caramels

Ok here is my question.....I make this double chocolate Fudge...and I used your caramel on top combined with toasted pecans for a chocolate pecan turtle fudge......however..both times the caramel has weeped over the fudge...this deters my fudge sales. First time I added a tablespoon of cream...weeped, next time more caramel but tablespoon of water, weeped...all over the fudge layer. It tastes great and customers weave around the stickiness but help a girl out...give me the magic formula?
