Hello Kraft Community, we are very excited to share some great news with you. As loyal Kraft Community members we have heard your desire to do more fun things in the community and we are happy to announce in January 2010 we will be making some changes so you can connect and share food ideas in more ways than ever!
We want to let you know we will not be transferring the existing discussions to the new enhanced message boards so if there are discussions that you would like to save please make sure to either print them or copy and paste into a document that you can save to your personal files.

Again ... you seem to have misread or misunderstood.
Please take the time to read all posts carefully before replying.
The Original post was for a Frosting Recipe ( Butter Cream to be exact )

I get asked for this ButterCream Frosting Recipe all the time.
1/4 c. Margarine 1/2 tsp. Vanilla 2 c Powdered Sugar 2-3 Tbs. Heavy Cream
Melt in your mouth Goodness.

Hello & Happy New Year You can jazz up canned frosting by adding mini chocolate chips.You can add a tablespoon of Fresh brewed coffee for a Mocha frosting in Chocolate frosting.Add flavorings to vanilla and or chocolate butter cream or cream cheese orange extract .coconut flakes,crushed mints,sprinkles,etc.I have made Cherry vanilla frosting w/ a can of vanilla frosting and a jar of marashino cherries chippped 1/2 jar cheeries or all as many as you like ,a teaspoon of syrup stir in well if you want it red or pink stit in a teaspoon of Cherry Kool-Aid ,or food coloring.Enjoy Hope this helps

This is a simple and delicious recipe that is sure to win over anyone who tastes it.
1 small box instant pudding (your choice of flavor) 1 cup milk Whisk together until thick - then add 1 small container Cool Whip.

You can also color canned frosting any color that you want. Start with a can of white frosing and add food coloring to color the frosting as you like.

I can tell by you're name that you like to cook simple things! I have always thought that canned frosting tasted really great and was pretty good for you, too. You cannot get any simpler than that! LOL
It also comes in some really amazing flavors too!

Happy Holiday's. I am looking for some good frosting recipes. Does anyone have any they would like to share? My mom had a friend that always had the best frosting recipe, it had a butter cream taste to it, but also other flavors. I cannot remember exactly. Her friend has since passed away, and so I am looking for some new recipes to try. I hope someone can help. Thank you and have a wonderful holiday season.
