I've made this recipe a million times and they always turn out great. So simple to make too. Give them a try.

Hello. I love this recipe. Got it from Paula Deen. Quick and easy like you say.Just remember one of everything. One cup peanut butter, one cup sugar or Slenda, one egg, and one teaspoon of vanilla. NO flour. The best. Add raisins and oats and even better. My husband is diabetic so I use Slenda. Never miss. Thanks

They are a softer cookie instead of a crisp one. They aren't so soft they bend - unless you under cook them. ;) I think it has to be the egg that cooks up in the mixture enough to hold everything together and make it a cookie instead of a puddle.

Okay I have to ask, how do they cook up? Like you, I'm wondering where the flour is and picturing puddles of goo after cooking. :^O

I would say they're sweet lol. Sugar and PB. But that's the draw. Mmmmm.

My husband loves PB cookies and when we came across this recipe we both said "This can't be right! Where's the flour?" So, I had to try it. They are a little sweet to me but they are so quick and go great with a cup of coffee or milk. I always have the ingredients and it is one of those recipes that you can't forget...B-)

I know this is too late but I make an easy peanut butter cookie. It is one that is very easy to remember and takes just a short time to mix together and bake.

"Impossible" Peanut Butter Cookies

1 egg
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar.

Stir together until mixed. Scoop up and roll into balls. (I use a rounded up teaspoon as a measure.) Place on a cookie sheet with a little room to spread and flatten with fork tines in a cross on the top. Bake at 350°F degrees for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown at the bottom.

This makes a small batch (about 12 cookies) and can easily be doubled or tripled.

It really depends on what you have in the cabinets as far as ingredients, as well as what you like. The best thing you can do is a quick search in the Kraft recipes. Go to the search box above, put in some search term (peanut butter cookies, chocolate chip cookies, etc.) and hit the orange Search button to get back a BUNCH of results not only from Kraft, but submitted by members as well.

Have fun and good luck!
