I never thougt to let the crust part sit in the refrig. Great suggestion. Will definitely make a difference b/c the bottom just crumbled when I cut into it.

I had the same problem the first time I made them. My solution was to refridgerate the crust until it was firm before putting the rest of the ingredients in. I think it gave the crust time to meld before being assalted with the rest of the creamy stuff.

I was wondering if anyone made these? And did they fall apart. I was not able to cut them into bars. It was in the spring issue.
