Hello Kraft Community, we are very excited to share some great news with you. As loyal Kraft Community members we have heard your desire to do more fun things in the community and we are happy to announce in January 2010 we will be making some changes so you can connect and share food ideas in more ways than ever!
We want to let you know we will not be transferring the existing discussions to the new enhanced message boards so if there are discussions that you would like to save please make sure to either print them or copy and paste into a document that you can save to your personal files.

1 can pineapple chunks in lite syrup
1 1/3 cups biscuit mix
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
2 eggs
Preheat oven to 350.
Pour pineapple and syrup into an 8x8 square pan (or pie plate if you don't have a square pan)
Mix biscuit mix, sugar, melted butter and eggs into a thick batter.
Spoon over and cover the pineapple.
Bake 30 minutes or until top is browned.
This is great served warm or cold with whipped cream or ice cream.
Variation:
Use any canned fruit pie filling.
This is one of these recipes that one can play with.

Hi Shy, That may be it, i could of been wrong about the pineapple being in it. I am going to try that, Thanks annaskf

Is this it? There's no pineapple in it, just the juice, though.
Zucchini Pineapple
1 gallon peeled and seeded cubed or grated zucchini
3 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups real lemon juice
3 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
Mix ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes. Pour into jars and seal. Boil jars in a
hot water bath
for 15 minutes.
This can be used in any recipe calling for pineapple.

Just wanted to know if this is a recipe for canning or

I am looking for a recipe to make zucchini pineapple. I know that you shred zucchini and add crushed pineapple and pineapple juice plus other ingredents. It's suppose to taste like pineapple. Dose anyone have it? thanks, Annaskf
