I saw Sandra Lee doing oven grilling. It looked so easy and fun! She's the best.

Define "indoor grilling"

Do you have a real grill built in to your stove? Are you using a grill pan? Are you referring to broiling in the oven? Do you set up a hibatchi in your firepalce?

Cory,

Thanks for that idea! We do like fajitas in our house. I'll have to give that one a try.

Have you tried making fajitas? I don't know if I spelled that right.... My husband loves em' and he likes to make them. You can season (salt/pepper/garlic powder) boneless skinless chicken breast/tenderloins grill until done-rest (5-10min) and cut into strips we make ours with sauted green peppers and onions, but you can substite mushrooms or whatever orientail veggies....put on a warmed tortilla w/ salsa, sour cream, It's quick easy and really yummy!

Indoor Grilling

Posted: Oct 11, 2006 3:17 PM
Now that the weather is cooling and winter is approaching, I start to think about indoor grilling. I have done the usual hamburgers, steaks and brats.

Does anyone have a favorite recipe that can be cooked on an indoor grill? Thanks for any ideas.

Pete
