I never thought of freezing pasta. It really comes out as good as fresh? Interesting!

I like to make "pasta pizza" with leftover pasta. Place on top of your favorite crust along with your favorite sauce. Top with mozzerella cheese and bake.

Usually this is what I do with left over pasta. Pasta salad is so versatile. You can use just about any vegetable you have on hand, any left over cooked meat or fish that's around and just about any flavor of Italian dressing (my personal favorites are balsamic or the sun-dried tomato).
I do have to say, though, that the cold sesame noodle recipe sounded really, really good!

Perhaps you could whip up some sort of soup and toss it in as the noodles? Be it vegetable beef or chicken, and then add that in the last few minutes? We simply enjoy leftover spaghetti the next day. It seems to taste better warmed up! My son likes to warm a big bowl in the microwave, toss with a pat of butter and simply top with fresh grated parmesan cheese. It is very good that way! Plus we only use the new wholegrain pasta that is high in fiber, but also rich in Omeg 3 fats. Barilla Plus ROCKS!

I Love pasta salad, so when I have left over pasta, I refigerate it and when I am ready I mix in some diced tomatoes, cucumbers, sliced black olives, shredded parmesan, and then mix in some Kraft Italian dressing. Any kind, as Kraft has many different Italian dressings.

Saute sliced onions and mushrooms, add cubed cooked chicken. Stir into a prepared white alfredo sauce and pour over cooked noodles. Bake until warm and bubbly. Top with bread crumbs or parmeson cheese.
I use prepared alfredo sauce, but you can do it from scratch.

Saute onions and bell peppers in butter. Add salt, pepper, parsley and oregano (fresh or dried). Once veges are soft and herbs fragrant, place leftover pasta in and toss to heat through. Delicious!!

Whenever I have leftover pasta or noodles, I freeze them in freezer bags. When I need them again, I defrost them in the microwave on the defrost cycle for about 10 minutes. They're as good as fresh. Sue

You could use your leftover noodles for a quick shrimp scampi- Purchase ready to cook shrimp scampi. Cook as directed. Add a bit of butter/microwave pasta to reheat. Top noodles with scampi. I serve mine with a salad and baked potatoe. A very quick meal.

All of these ideas sound really good. You're all making me very hungry!

the stir fry is a great idea, I usually add cilantro and chopped peanuts at the end to give it a "thai" twist (peanuts only for my husband and son because I am allergic though) but they love it!!

I'd do a stir fry adding the noodles at the end and allowing it to heat through and pick up the flavor from the sauce or make a pasta salad with it.

That sounds very good - and it would be a simple thing to toss in leftover chicken or seafood, as well.

A very quick lunch idea. Make your favorite tuna salad mix ,mix the pasta and you have a quick lunch or side dish idea. I sprinkle parmesan cheese over mine. I'm sure chicken salad would be great also.
