It started out kinda as a joke and just stuck. When my son who is now 8 was about 8mths old he got a real bad cold and I said woah thats alot of boogers man to my hubby and it kinda stuck. Although he kinda takes offense to it now nobody but me can call him that but absolutely NOT in front of his friends lol.

In case there was any misunderstanding - repeating it a few times does help. Looks like somebody was stiping!

Here's a pizza dough recipe I've used for years:
1 1/3 cup warm water 1 pkg dry yeast 3-4 cups A/P flour 2 Tbs olive oil 2 tsp salt
Proof yeast in 1/3 cup of warm water for 5 mins. Add about 2 cups flour, 2 tsp oil, 1 cup of warm water, salt and beat. Add more flour, mixing well until the dough holds together in a rough mass. Lightly flour a board and knead for about 10 mins. Put in an oiled bowl, covered with plastic wrap, let rise for about 90 mins or until double in size. Punch down and divide into thirds. Let rest for 5 mins. Preheat oven to 450. Roll out our spread into 14" circles, place on pizza pan or cookie sheet and prick all over with a fork. Add your sauce and what ever else you want to and let rest again for 10 mins. Bake 18-20 mins or until golden. Lift an edge and if golden on the bottom too, it's probably done. Enjoy!
Chef Bill sez: "The dough refrigerates for about thee days and can also be frozen."

I also use the same recipe as Cheddar in my bread machine but I add a little bit of oregano and garlic powder (maybe 1/2 tsp of each) to my dough. Gives the pizza a bit more flavor without being overwhelming. It freezes well too!

Or, like Lucy Ricardo with the grapes, you could knead it with your feet.

I use my bread machine to make my dough and it comes out perfect every time.
1 cup water 2 tablespoons olive oil 3 cups bread flour 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon salt 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Put the wet ingrediants in the pan of the machine in the order listed above and turn it on! I let it rest for a few minutes when the cycle ends before I roll it out.
