Hello, Krystyne and welcome to the community. There are lots of easy ways to fix chicken. Here is another thread with lots of ideas: http://kraft.liveworld.com/topic/Dinner-General/Dinner-Ideas-For/1800002372.

You can now buy a small portion of a turkey breast that is marinated and called a "turkey tenderloin." We often cook these as a substitute for pork tenderloin and grill them either whole or sliced and wrapped in bacon.

Good luck!

You could also try asking him what some of his favorite meals are and cooking those too. Unless he just likes to sit down with chicken or turkey and nothing else - that would make your job easy, huh? lol

Hello, Kristyne! Have you checked the chicken and turkey recipes by typing that in the search box above? There are a lot of them and you can get ideas from that. There is also a thread here asking for dinner ideas with chicken.

You can also substitute chicken and turkey for other meats quite often with no problem.
