Try cutting them into cubes then saute in a little olive oil and garlic. Toss with cooked drained pasta, chopped tomatoes and fresh chopped basil. Top with grated parmasean cheese.

How about coating them with a breading mix and broiling them in the oven? I'm sure there are some good ideas on this website. You might even try the Souther Living message boards. There are a lot of good cooks on that one and they have great recipes!

Pollock Fillets

Does anyone have any ideas how to cook pollock fillets other than regular frying and baked with butter? Something to give them a little better taste?
