This one sounds weird, but if you got kids... try it!

Brown some HB meat, salt & pepper in a pan and drain.
Prepare 2 packages Ramen noodles (Beef or Pork).
Once ready, throw in the HB meat.

Add 2 slices velveeta singles (thick) for creaminess.

I even threw in some leftover corn nibblets.

I swear by it, my kids went nuts.
Next time I'm gonna throw in brocolli, or something and maybe try chicken.

this chicken idea is really yummy and ridiculously easy to make! Chicken breasts, prosciutto, mozza cheese, fresh basil. Cut your chicken breasts in half (butterfly them) lay the cheese, prosciutto, and some basil inside the chicken. Close chicken and pan fry until cooked. Very simple! Really quick, i think it tastes fantastic as well. A little bernaise sauce always adds a nice touch as well to pour over the breasts.

I am always looking for fast things to prepare for just 2 people. I'm in a rut and looking for fast things that are healthy.
