Well I probably would have made them mac & cheese but we were all out. I never cared for fish sticks, but I am glad my kids like them, and I only eat ketchup with onion rings (or on a burger). LOL
BUt interestingly enough they had fish sticks and mac & cheese for lunch today.
As for dinner tonight it is beef tips served over rice, with corn on the cob and I am not sure what other vegetable yet.

The recipe posted doesn't specify when to add the speghetti peices but I would imagine at the same time you add the tomatoes.
Thanks for sharing.

I can't say as I've ever been in a Piggly Wiggly, and I've never heard of Foodland. Anyone ever hear of Family Fare or Meijers?

We're having leftover grilled chicken in whole wheat tortillas with shredded lettuce, carrot and cheese. I'm making oven baked fries to go with. Maybe some type of slow cooker soup tomorrow because of trick or treat. Sunday is grilled kielbasa with biscuits, potatoes and veggies.

Friday afternoon is grocery shopping, so I'll see what looks good. I usually like fresh fish if I can find any, but who knows. Or, maybe I'll pick up a bake at home pizza. That's a treat we haven't enjoyed for awhile.

I wish we had a Piggly Wiggly too! But that's the northeast for you.
Btw, my brother lives in Alabama, near Tuscaloosa. My MIL also lives in AL, near Decatur. Some town that starts with "H"
Anyway, tonight I am taking a night off; I am going to a Pampered Chef party. The kids will be having fish sticks, french fries and green beans.

That sounds great, Anna! Not tonight, but tomorrow, I am having some Italian... leaning towards italian sausage ravioli in alfredo sauce.

I forgot to post, what I'am having for dinner. Got my parents coming over, it's cold & raining and it's time for turkey, so we're having baked turkey breast and dressing, baked potatoes and sweet potatoes and some knid of dessert.Maybe rice crispy treats, me Mother loves them and my 4 yr. old Granddaughter is here and she loves to help me make them, I may let her cut out shapes with small cookie cutters, annaskf

freki, This changes the subject, When I lived in W.Va there was a Piggly-Wiggle at South Willamsom that I went to. On there own brand of boxed oats was a recipe for Oatmeal cookies, they were the best!! Do you buy them and would the recipe be on the box that you have? If so, would you please post it? Thanks, Annaskf
