Sometimes it's just not possible to make recipes for three people. It's practically impossible for me to make soup in small quantities.

Hubby had tacos, I went downtown to our town square. They had a progressive shopping night with many of the specialty shops. Limos carried shoppers to the various locations along the route.

I went to a couple of places, but several people brought Christmas knitting problems so I ended up helping them most of the evening.

Tonight we are having tacos with all the fixins and our little one is having pureed squash, she just loves the stuff.
Last night was pasta & french bread, she had pureed peas not her favorite.
Tomorrow I am making corned beef & cabbage & pureed carrots for her

>i thought that i had used up the rest of the turkey, but i found abother container that i had forgotten about...so instead of chicken salad, i made turkey salad...pretty good... i also used up the rest of the unbaked stuffing and made cranberry stuffin muffins..

Same here- we used up the last of the thanksgiving leftovers, too. No turkey left, though. So I made chicken breasts stuffed w/left over stuffing and served in a madeira mushroom gravy. I served the rest of the stuffing on the side w/a salad.
But Jen, those stuffing muffins sound great, too! Awesome idea.

i thought that i had used up the rest of the turkey, but i found abother container that i had forgotten about...so instead of chicken salad, i made turkey salad...pretty good... i also used up the rest of the unbaked stuffing and made cranberry stuffin muffins...i layered stuffing with cranberry sauce and baked those off for about 45 min at 350.. YUMMY!! going to have those with a steak, salad and mashed pots for dinner. making baklava for dessert...hubby loves it!! ;)

We had taco salad. We're having my husband's office Christmas party at our house next weekend and I'm trying to get the fridge as empty as possible.

I made the slow cooker stuffed peppers for dinner last night! They were so good! I did make some changes to it though :-D

Right now I am looking for some new meals for next week, having a hard time try to figure this out today ?:|
