Sounds delicious - how do you make it? I'm always looking for good new slow cooker recipes.

Last night it was new york steaks on the foreman and a nice salad with all the veggies and a mixture of cheeses. Easy, simple, and yummy...

On Saturday nights we usually alternate dinners with my husband's sister and brother-in-law. This past Saturday, she was in Dallas so we had our brother-in-law over for lamb kabobs, rice and salad. I cooked some fresh apples with brown sugar and cinnamon and served them with a little ice cream.
Last night we had the left over lamb and I made couscous and cooked greens.

d2161.... Isn't KFC THEE very best!!! I know, I know, I know... it is so very bad for you, all that fat & calories & sodium... Tee-Hee... But THEE best... Just can't help myself sometimes. It's almost addictive if you have a wavering sense of discipline... AND, their cole slaw, the very best MOST OF THE TIME -not really consistent. KFC, we're loving them!

Last night was a frozen pizza... but it had a garlic bread crust, so yum. But that's what we get when I let the husband make dinner.

we made the bruchetta chicken bake and paired it with butter lettuce and garden tomatoes and the ever handy crescent rolls. it was so good, although, i will tweak the bruchetta chicken. it was a bit bland. needs a bit of seasoning and maybe i will throw in some veggies like zucchini. also i would season the chicken with s&p and garlic powder. i did that and the chicken was great...
