I am glad to finally get my classroom in order for the arrival of my new students on Monday! Tonight I'm going to enjoy a nice quiet evening with my family. For dinner we are having Grilled Texas Turkey Burgers, Baked Zucchini Sticks, and a Fresh Fruit Salad.

Welcome to the community, AirRaider. What do you use in your homemade sushi? I've eaten it a few times, but I've never tried to make any of the various kinds.

Chicken and corn on the cob, both on the grill, with a plate of tomatoes and cucumbers to munch on.

Last night we grilled hamburger steaks plus mashed potatoes and a salad. Quick and simple, but good. I've been adding a bit of low fat sour cream to my potatoes and it really makes them yummy. Why have I never known this?

Last night we had panko breaded baked chicken, steamed green beans, brown rice with cinnamon-madarin oranges(with the juice) and a small pat of butter, and eclair squares for dessert.
Tonight was simple quasedillas, grapes, and granola chews.

Last night we had leftover grilled chicken reheated in with sauteed onions, carrots, rice and sliced tomatoes.
Yesterday, my SIL and I went to see "Julie & Julia" and I felt like I should come home and cook Coq au Vin or something. I satified myself with the absolutely most delicious tomato we've had all summer.

Chili sounds GREAT cinderbella. Now I'm sad that we are having pork chops for dinner. Ah well, pork chops and italian green beans... sounds boring, but with the seasonings I use, taste great!

Last night hubby made a spicy chili and we served it with tortilla scoops.....it was pretty good and usually I do not like hubby's cooking;-
Tonight is something with pork chops, not exactly sure what though.
