Last night was roast, mashed potatoes, orange jello salad, rolls and Better Than Sex Cake for dessert. Tonight will be something w/leftover roast. If only I could find that beef gravy thread. Will keep looking...

Roast chicken, beans and salad. Okay so it's boring. We just returned from my Godson's wedding and boring was a nice change from celebration and restaurant food.

Last night the kids wanted to go to Cracker Barrell and order breakfast, so instead I made it. We had eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes hashbrowns and a fruit salad. Not exactly healthy, but wonderful on a stormy day.

Grilled tuna steak sandwiches. The weather has turned a bit icky today- so I don't think we'll be grilling.... maybe linguine w/clam sauce tonight.

I made lasagna for my entire family (only five of us) but it was good. My mom said she would make it but she loads it in cheese and my husband and I prefer oh about 90% less so she agreed to let me make it. served with some crusty sour dough rolls. Very carbish but hey it was a good dinner! =)

Both kids wanted spaghetti and garlic bread so I went with that.

My brother-in-law loves to grill out when it's nice, and we had steak burgers and fries.

Last night was Coq Au Vin over egg noodles. I sauteed some green beans and onions to serve on the side. Yummy! My 13 year old had 3 helpings!

The guys go out Thursday's so I went with a chef salad (meaning a collection of leftover parts dumped on my veggies) and my daughter is on a ramen noodle kick.

My husband and I were actually home at the same time lastnight, so I finally cooked! Lately it's just been soup or salads for me. But we had cheese ravioli fixed my way (EVOO, parm, garlic, herbs), garlic bread (only 1 slice for me!), and salad. It was nice to sit down with each other once again!
I'm happy for St. B and Jen with their happy news. I'm following in Jen's footsteps...I've lost 10 lbs! Woohoo!!! I have to indulge once in a while, see above menu lol, but I've been exercising and sticking to healthy options!

Neither of mine wanted to cooperate, hopefully you have better luck.
Congrats, again, jen, I know you were missing him, I'm glad he's home for you, too!
We had hamburgers and watched Twilight again.

Congrats- so does he think you look fabulous?!
Last night was jambalaya; quick & easy. I think tonight will be a frittata w/leftover homemade hashbrowns mixed in.
PS- Sky, we will be finding out- there is no way I could wait a full 9 months. I am an uber planner- so I NEED to be able to pick the layette, etc...! We should (hopefully) find out in early April when my level 2 US is scheduled.
