Sounds wonderful and welcome to the Kraftfoods community, Kmarucci01. Would you care to share your recipe for the corn muffins, I would love to try them?

This is my family's favorite breakfast casserole: http://www.kraftfoods.com/kf/recipes/breakfast-bake-112213.aspx

I usually add sauteed spinach and mushrooms. It's really good.

We decided to make it more casual this year and go with a brunch. We are having an egg casserole, cheesy hashbrowns, a ham, cheesy bacon corn muffins, a fruit tray with cream cheese dip, cinnamon rolls for dessert, and of course some mimosas (OJ and champagne) I am actually looking forward to it. Should be a nice relaxing day:)

We are eating at my sister-in-law's house. I am not looking forward to it.:(

She is a sloveny woman who tends to drink heavily on holidays. Last time we went there, she served re-heated store bought rotisserie chicken with slices of papaya thoothpicked onto it. She said it was Zebra Chicken.?:|

Her side dishes are plain canned vegetables. She knows nothing of melting chesse on fries or traditions like tater tot casserole for holidays. She will probably get drunk and insult everyone and we'll get to leave early...hopefully before dessert. A store bought box of cookies thrown on the table.

We are going to a relative's house for dinner, but I will do a special breakfast at home in the morning:

Overnight sticky buns (are so awesome - I can't tell that they start with frozen dinner rolls. The recipe really rocks b/c you prep them the night before and then bake in the oven in the morning).

Fruit salad

I think I'm going to bring Angel Lush with Pineapple for dessert (recipe from this site). I've never made it, but the recipe simple enough, the picture is beautiful and the reviews are awesome.

Mexican Fiesta! My whole family agreed that the traditional "easter" we usually have has gotten a bit boring. You know, brunch with various egg dishes, muffins, pastry, and later, ham, potatoes...
So this year I bought a bunch of fun fiesta decorations and we're having a taco, burrito, nacho bar and a pinata. It should be interesting!
Good luck with your plans and Happy Easter!

We are having Italian. Meatballs in red sauce, antipasti platter, crostini, salad bar, and a variety of appetizers with wine.
For desert we are having brownies and jam bars.
It is my daughters 1st Easter so we are having alot of family over, so we are serving it buffet style.
