I would think that adding a bit of Kraft Zesty Italian dressing would add to the moisture as well as to the flavor. I have found that Kraft dressings go well in most any dish.

A few tablespoons of the pasta water wouldn't dilute the sauce too much. If you like your pasta moister, you can add a little more tomato with liquid, some tomato juice or a small can of tomato sauce.

i think watery lasagna mentioned using some of the pasta water. not sure how much that would dilute the sauce, though. i thought it looked a bit dry also.

I don't think mentioning there are some "colorful" members around is an insult to you. I edited that comment out as I didn't think it would be necessary when the less-than-friendly retorts were pulled. I certainly wasn’t finding fault with you for posting the information.

Yes, there are. Like me. It's nice to see the part of your post that insulted me earlier has been edited out. If you hadn't noticed, I POSTED THE RECIPE FOR PEOPLE.

And for you other one-post-wonders who posted rude messages that have since been deleted, let's see if anyone ever goes out of their way to help you again. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

There are some very nice and very helpful people here. I didn't realize I was able to see something that is causing others a problem. It seems that it is usually the other way around. ?:| My husband is a firewall freak and I sometimes need to shut it down to do or see some things.

If you need to contact Kraft call them at 1-877-535-5666 or you can send them an EMAIL (click on "EMAIL" and it should take you to the page.)

Here you go, my dear chap. You owe me one. I'm going to have to let my optometrist know how well my new specs are working.

Creamy Chicken, Bacon & Tomato Pasta

Prep Time: 10 min
Total Time: 25 min
Makes: 4 servings, 1-3/4 cups each

What You Need

3 cups whole wheat farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
3 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

COOK pasta as directed on package.

MEANWHILE, cook chicken in large skillet on medium heat 5 to 6 min. or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally. Add bacon, tomatoes, Neufchatel cheese, water and pepper; mix well. Cook 3 min. or until Neufchatel cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.

DRAIN pasta; place in serving bowl. Add sauce; mix lightly. Sprinkle with Parmesan.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

How to Prepare Perfect Pasta

To prepare perfect pasta, follow the package directions to ensure that enough water is used for cooking the pasta. Add the pasta to the boiling salted water and cook until al dente (tender but still a little firm to the bite), stirring frequently. To prevent pasta from sticking to the pan, add it slowly to plenty of boiling water and stir frequently while cooking. Adding oil to the cooking water is not recommended because some sauces may not cling to pasta coated with oil.

Food Facts

Some cooks prefer to drain the pasta well to prevent excess water from diluting the sauce, while others like a little moisture to help prevent pasta from sticking together. In any case, reserve a few tablespoons of cooking water to add to pasta if it starts to stick together or if you want to dilute the sauce.

I clicked on the link and I can see the list of ingredients, directly below the picture of the dish and directly above the directions for preparing the dish. But then again, I have two (2) PhDs, which gives me a decided advantage when it comes to locating such things.

The list of ingredients is still MISSING. Someone from Kraft needs to fix this. I have tried to find a way to contact them, but it isn't easy. Kraft - if you're listening - give us a way to report problems with your recipes easily. Thanks.

The link works beautifully but the ingredients are not listed. I have tried to find a way to alert Kraft but their "Help" is non existant -- VERY FRUSTRATING!

This recipe looks to be yummy but I sure don't know how to put it together.
