Cute variation on sandwiches -- great for kids

I came upon this recipe tonight randomly. It's for peanut butter and jelly "sushi" rollups...basically you flatten the bread with everything on it and roll it up and it looks like sushi. Could definitely use other ingredients like turkey and cheese for the rollups too. Makes a boring sandwich a little more interesting so thought I'd share :)
