The Holiday '09 issue of food&family began arriving in homes on October 26th. We ask that you please wait 10-14 days to receive it. If at that time you have not received your Holiday '09 magazine, please send us an email by clicking here or call us at 1-800-521-4403, and we will be more than happy to assist you. If you have subscribed recently, it could take between 8-10 weeks for delivery. The food & family magazine has been part of so many of our loyal consumers lives that we didn’t want to have to stop printing it. The nominal fee helps us continue the printed edition as well as enhance the great recipe and food ideas you’ve come to love from us. There are also other wonderful ways to enjoy the magazine content and more - we have a Recipes-By-Email program, www.kraftfoods.com, and the online edition of Food & Family magazine too – all for free.

I am still getting my kraft food and family magazine free as
well. all I do is, I just update my kraft website profile. After that i wait a few days and check my mailbox
here at my home and it is in there. maybe you should try updating your kraft website profile.

The summer issue is just coming out, you should be seeing it shortly. If not than you should call customer service to double check your sign up.

Because we have such a large consumer base and offering subscriptions is new to us we needed to provide this offer to consumers in a phased approach. Our current plan is to provide everyone the offer to pay for their
subscription.

The magazines used to be free but NOW they are charging. Although, my daughter is still getting her's for free! I don't understand!!

WOW, did anybody get the summer 2008 magazine? Because I sure didn't. I got the spring 08 and the winter 08 and they just skipped over the summer 2008. From the site it looked like it has some goos recipes. Just wondering!

Try having her call customer service to sign up, or calling yourself to see if you can get a copy sent to her? I believe, from other threads, there is a number inside the magazine.
Oh, and hide yours when she comes to visit? =D

Thank you so much for putting on the message board that a lot of you arent getting the magazine either! I thought it was only me that basically got kicked out of the mailing list for no reason-I found your comments and ways to get around it very hepful-- hopefully it'll work and i wont be missing out on my favorite magazine anymore! Thanks agian!!

Mischifis, did you call customer service? Apparently this step has helped a lot of people.

I signed up for it through the site, so I can't sign up again, and when I do "contact us", it just says that different people get the magazine at different times, but I used to get one every 3 months, and I haven't gotten one since Christmas.

I love getting the free food & family magazine. Whenever it arrived, my husband and I looked it over and planned the menu for the upcoming weeks and I even used the post-it note on each pages that we've tried or want to try for future menu plannings. Gotta love that.

You can get the magazine for free in Canada... I used to get it in French up in Quebec. Same recipes, just different language. It was at kraftcanada.com so i'm sure they do it for other countries too.
