The Holiday '09 issue of food&family began arriving in homes on October 26th. We ask that you please wait 10-14 days to receive it. If at that time you have not received your Holiday '09 magazine, please send us an email by clicking here or call us at 1-800-521-4403, and we will be more than happy to assist you. If you have subscribed recently, it could take between 8-10 weeks for delivery.

The food & family magazine has been part of so many of our loyal consumers lives that we didn’t want to have to stop printing it. The nominal fee helps us continue the printed edition as well as enhance the great recipe and food ideas you’ve come to love from us. There are also other wonderful ways to enjoy the magazine content and more - we have a Recipes-By-Email program, www.kraftfoods.com, and the online edition of Food & Family magazine too – all for free.

If you go to the home page of the site, on the right, there is a green box telling visitors of the magazine and a purple button saying "Order Now". Perhaps if you do it "fresh" you won't have any problems getting your magazine. Otherwise, you can go to the Customer Service page and contact them for further assistance. Is there anywhere to subscribe online for the special offer?

I am very fortunate that a co-worker moved into my old house and I am still able to occasionally get mail that is sent there in error. I have tried several times to get Kraft to change my address with no success (we moved 6 months ago, my name changed over 9 months ago, can't get that done either). Yesterday I got my winter issue w/ notice that it is my last issue and to subscribe. I am interested in doing the $6.95 deal but I want the issues to come to my new house and in the right name. Is there anywhere online I can subscribe, I hate snail mail and will never make it back to the post office w/ that envelope before it expires. Also does anyone know how I can get my info updated with Kraft so I can get my stuff sent to my correct address?
