You might also try turning on the broiler

We like 'crunchy' so I tend to use the broil trick a lot.

what I find works is to spray the breaded chicken (or anything else) with a light coating of pam and then turn half way thru cooking and spray the other side lightly. You might also try turning on the broiler for just a few seconds on each side right at the end to crisp up the crust. I do alot of "oven-frying" and this works for me everytime.

Chicken breast tend to cook faster than other chicken parts. I would suggest that you reduce the temperature of your oven and let the chicken cook 5 to 10 minutes longer. If it has not brown within the minutes allowed.

When I make breaded chicken breast in the oven the chicken gets cooked but the bread crumbs don't. They look just the way they did when they went in, not "browned". How can I get them to "cook" without having to result to frying?

Any advice is highly appreciated. Thanks.....!
