jen, this looks good. I have already cut & pasted to another page so that I can print it out. It's too bad they keep deleting this! I asked Pam in my "deleted message boards & posts" board. Can't wait to see what her excuse is this time!?:|

As someone else point out yesterday, that is incredibly rude. It is beyond me why the fine folk at Kraft tolerate this kind of post, while they delete perfectly good bruschetta recipes.

Jen, maybe when you re-post your recipe for the third time, you could try adding "Kraft brand" at the end of each ingredient. That might make the people with the giant erasers leave it alone.

Hey jen, can you post it again? I'd be interested in having it. I will keep my eye on the board for updates, that way I can get it before it is deleted AGAIN!!

This is an oxymoron...Healthy and canned soup do not belong in the same sentence..:-p

Cheddar97005, I sure do! I got this macaroni and cheese recipe from the food network channel,( Paula Deen). My family loves it.

Creamy Macaroni and Cheese

2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni (an 8-ounce box isn't quite 2 cups)
4 tablespoons (1/2 stuck) butter, cut into pieces
2 1/2 cups (about 10 ounces) grated sharp Cheddar cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sour cream
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup whole milk
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Boil the macaroni in a 2 quart saucepan in plenty of water until tender, about 7 minutes. Drain. In a medium saucepan, mix butter and cheese. Stir until the cheese melts. In a slow cooker, combine cheese/butter mixture and add the eggs, sour cream, soup, salt, milk, mustard and pepper and stir well. Then add drained macaroni and stir again. Set the slow cooker on low setting and cook for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.

Hope you enjoy it!!

pinky, do you have a good crock pot mac & cheese recipe? I've never tried that in the crock pot before and it sounds interesting.

Why would you put this in a crock pot? You only need to heat it up for a couple of minutes!

How about the Bacon and Baked Potato Soup? I recently made this and put it in the crock pot and it was very good. I doubled the recipe as I have a family of 6 and still had leftovers. The recipe is from KRAFT and I agree get a crock pot and you wont be disappointed it comes in handy especially around the holidays. You can make macaroni and cheese it it also and it is delicious. With a crockpot you cant burn anything!!!:-p Good Luck in college:)

This is a really GREAT idea! You can make large batches in the crockpot so that you can put the leftovers in the fridge or freezer for another quick meal.
