#1- make a great vinagrete for salads....tbsp of your musrard, tbsp of olive oil, 1/4 tsp of sugar, or brown sugar, 2 lemon wedges squeezed, 2 tbsp h2o. whisk and toss into salad.
#2- save for sandwiches. mustard lasts forever in the fridge
#3- honey mustard chicken.......3tbsp mustard to 4tbsp honey to 1tbsp mayo.... coat 2 boneless chicken breasts. bake at 350 for 3--45 min depending on size. baste with remainder of sauce while baking..

Hi There

Add a little honey to the mustard and it goes well with fish or chicken.

For the chicken, brown on both sides and put it in a pan; cover it with chopped mushrooms and bacon. Then pour over some honey and mustard and bake in the oven. It comes out well and is a nice treat once in awhile

For the fish, I mix the honey and mustard together and pour over salmon. Top that with a mixture of bread crumbs and crushed pecans, pop in the oven and cook until the fish is flaky. Another family treat.

Hope this helps.

Mustard? Make sandwhiches. Mustard stays good for a long time. You can always search this site, and other sites under the "ingredient search" to find recipes w/ it.

Left over ingredients

Was wondering......due to lack of experience in kitchen.....What do you do with left over ingredients. For instance....I go and buy a jar of Grey poupon for a meal. I would never eat it otherwise and don't want to eat the same meal for a week. So what do I do.
Thanks....
